Pa began his recruitment career with Job Network in New Zealand and Australia and has over 25 years of coaching experience in sports and personal development.

Pa focuses on team dynamics, personal responsibility, communication, and leadership, particularly within the PALM Scheme program and sports diplomacy in the Pacific region.

A family man with five sons, he holds the chiefly title of Matai, Fa’alafi, from Safune, Savaii, Samoa.
