Our story began in the heart of regional Australia, where our two founders, Thomas Strachan from Roma in Western Queensland and Thomas Reardon, whose family comes from Goondiwindi, saw firsthand the relentless challenges rural and remote businesses faced in finding dependable workers.
With a deep love for the country and an unwavering vision, they set out to create a better way – solving absenteeism and retention challenges businesses experience while building lasting trust within the communities they cared about.
What started as a small operation helping local businesses quickly grew into something much bigger. Our founders’ ability to connect with people - sharing experiences, solutions and hope – helped forge strong bonds with businesses and communities alike. As we expanded from labour hire to permanent recruitment and into connecting skilled workers from across the borders, our mission has remained the same: to provide real solutions that save Australia’s food and agriculture business time and resources.
The relationships they forged with our clients, built on trust, loyalty and shared values continue to guide us. Many of the businesses supported from the very beginning are still with us today, a testament to the lasting impact of this dedication and the deep bonds that were created.
